It becomes apparent after the study of
economic situation ofPakistan over decades that it is not precedence of any government to do a
little for the stabilization of economy. This malfunction may refer to
inexpertness as well as ignorance and “enjoy your term” policy. No one is here
to think a solid and long term policy about economic affairs like
capital market, foreign trade, domestic market, foreign investment etc. A report says
that 120 million dollars get out from Pakistan’s capital market. So 2012
doesn’t bring any good news for Pakistan. According to the statics of
state bank of Pakistan American investors bring their investment out from Pakistan’s capital
market UK Sweden Korea Japan shows there discontent also. It may because of law
and order situation but if this, then who is responsible for? This state of
affairs brings a worse impact on aggregate investment which leads to unemployment
and upshot will be shrink in consumption power of households. Households which
are actually demanders of domestic goods suffer and aggregate demand will fall
and eventually domestic industry enjoys a big anxiety. In all over the world
countries tried to catch the attention of foreign investors to enhance their
employment rate but here condition is vice versa, on hand investors are departure
from our country because of our carelessness. Trade minster shows his success
as 75 Pakistani products are declared
duty free for European countries but on the other hand exporters doesn’t
showing their seriousness and don’t work on the enquires of trade development
authority consequently economy faces a huge burden. An immense amount of
national resources consume on trade expos which are arranged in country and
abroad as well, but due to inefficiency of coordination these resources bring
no earnings for Pakistani trade. Now it is considered necessary to diagnose the
grounds of this dilemma and deal with it appropriately and soon, as it is not
only the issue of trade but of the national trust in international market also.
